The most recent automount policy that was loaded prevails for all the systems participating in a shared file system.

Tip: Keep automount policies consistent across systems.

The default delay time for automount is 10 minutes. Do not use a value less than 10. You can use the USS_AUTOMOUNT_DELAY check provided by IBM® Health Checker for z/OS® to verify the setting of the delay time.
