BPX4TSP (tcsetpgrp) example

The following code sets the controlling terminal's foreground process group to a new value. For this example to work, STDIN must be associated with the controlling terminal. For the callable service, see tcsetpgrp (BPX1TSP, BPX4TSP) — Set the foreground process group ID. AMODE 31 callers use BPX1TSP (tcsetpgrp) example.
