limits: 
First operand—0 to 255
Second operand—0 to 16 777 215 (CCW, CCW0); or 0 to 2 147
483 647 (CCW1)
Third operand—0-255 and a multiple of 8
Fourth operand—0-65 535

System action
The CCW assembles as zero.
