Explanation
A SET symbol created by variable symbol substitution is longer
than 63 characters (including the ampersand as the first character).

System action
If the symbol is in the operand field of a SET, AIF, or AGO statement,
its value is set to zero or null, and the type attribute is set to
undefined (U). If the symbol is in the operand field of a GBL, or
LCL statement or the name field of a SET statement, processing of
the macro stops.
