Specifies that problem determination aid (PDA) tracing begins before the SETSYS PDA command has been processed. When you specify YES for this parameter, the DFSMShsm problem determination aid facility begins its tracing functions at the beginning of startup processing instead of waiting for a SETSYS PDA command or instead of waiting for DFSMShsm to complete its initialization.
