Generation data sets in the ALLOCATE list are always recovered with a status of ACTIVE. You should not include SMS generation data sets with a status of ROLLED OFF or DEFERRED in the allocate list, because they will be recovered with a status of ACTIVE. This results in other GDSs with a status of ACTIVE being rolled off.
