The AUTO BACKUP attribute controls whether data sets that belong to the management class can be backed up by automatic backup processing. The values you can specify are Y (yes) and N (no). The default for AUTO BACKUP is Y. However, if the ADMIN OR USER COMMAND BACKUP attribute has the value of NONE, data sets associated with that management class are not backed up regardless of the value of the AUTO BACKUP attribute.
