Specifying when automatic primary space management starts

The PRIMARYSPMGMTSTART parameter of the SETSYS command controls the processing window of automatic primary space management.

Example:
To define a processing window of 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., use the following command: 
SETSYS PRIMARYSPMGMTSTART(0200 0400)
Note: Backup of the control data sets can interfere with starting automatic primary space management.
