Explanation: dsname ... is a required
positional parameter specifying the fully qualified data set name
or list of fully qualified data set names of the non-SMS-managed data
sets whose backup attributes are being changed.
Defaults: None.
Note: - Because dsname ... is a required positional parameter,
you must specify it immediately after the command name.
- DFSMShsm does not handle partitioned data set members individually.
If you specify a member name of a partitioned data set, DFSMShsm changes
the backup parameters for the entire partitioned data set.
