The extract buffer address contains an area with a header, followed by a list of entries. Both the header and entry definitions are generated. DEFINE=YES specifies that a DSECT is to be generated. DEFINE=NO is the default. Table 1 and Table 2 show the layouts of the data buffer that is returned.
