Use the CRECOVER command to allow the recovery system to gain control of a disk volume on its logical subsystem or storage control. This command is issued from the recovery system. It signals the recovery site logical subsystem or storage control to force the secondary volume into simplex state to establish recovery system control. During this process, verify the volume serial number, and relabel the volume if you desire. You can vary the volume online after this command function is complete.
