You can enable edit mode for records, such as work orders and tickets, that are used frequently by multiple users. Edit mode reduces errors that occur when two users edit a record in the same application at the same time.
Edit mode does not eliminate all error occurrences when two users are editing a record. For example, errors can still occur when two users edit the same record in two different applications.
