Install the latest version of your industry solution or add-on product

Customers with industry solution products or add-on products must perform a new installation of their products after installing Maximo Asset Management 7.6. Learn more about upgrading

New installation option enables support for a multitenancy environment

Selecting the Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy installation option creates a separation of the Maximo database to enable multiple independent tenant entities to co-exist in the same instance of the Maximo database. Individual tenants within a Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy environment can maintain their own data, configurations, workflows and reports. Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy is intended for use, primarily, by hosting companies that want to reduce IT infrastructure costs. Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy, version 7.6, has a separate installation program from Maximo Asset Management and does not support earlier versions of industry solutions.
