Managing organization domains

Add or remove domains that are registered to your organization. Add a domain when your organization needs to support a new domain. Remove a domain if it was entered incorrectly or if you no longer need it registered to your organization.

Procedure

  • To add a domain click Administration > Manage Organization > Web Mail Cloud > Domain Manager and click Add domain.
  • To remove a domain:
    1. Remove all users from the domain you want to delete. To remove users, go to Administration > Manage Organization > User Accounts and edit the appropriate users.
    2. Click Administration > Manage Organization > Web Mail Cloud > Domain Manager and click Delete domain.
    Before you delete this domain, you must remove all users from the domain.
