Account security

IBM® Web Mail Cloud accounts are authenticated with an email address and password. All users have the same standard email privileges. Accounts can be created only by an administrator.

If you have an account that is enabled with multiple subscriptions and you want to access your email messages before you view other components, log in at https://apps.na.collabserv.com. After you log in, you can access your mail and other components that are assigned to your account.

Web Mail Cloud complies with the following security certifications:

IBM infrastructure and server systems use internal IBM security policies, standards, and processes to ensure that the systems are configured and managed in a secure and compliant manner. Security standards are consistent with security best practices and align with ISO 27000 series.

Services are hosted in IBM-owned data centers with a physical infrastructure designed to protect your systems and data. All client connections are encrypted by using SSL. Security is provided to meet all international, federal, state, and local statutory and regulatory requirements.
