After enabling and using the user provisioning feature
within IBM® Tivoli® Access Manager, you
can disable the feature.
About this task
Perform the following steps to disable user provisioning
within Tivoli Access
Manager:Important: Perform these steps on one portal node in a clustered
environment.
Procedure
- Run the following task to disable user provisioning:
- Windows: ConfigEngine.bat
disable-tam-userprov -DWasPassword=password -Dwp.ac.impl.PDAdminPwd=password from
the wp_profile_root\ConfigEngine directory.
- AIX®SolarisLinux: ./ConfigEngine.sh
disable-tam-userprov -DWasPassword=password -Dwp.ac.impl.PDAdminPwd=password from
the wp_profile_root/ConfigEngine directory.
- IBM i: ConfigEngine.sh
disable-tam-userprov -DWasPassword=password -Dwp.ac.impl.PDAdminPwd=password from
the wp_profile_root/ConfigEngine directory.
- z/OS®: When
removing external authentication, as described in Removing external authentication, the Customization
Dialog created the job EJPSESAR in your target
control data set. This job disables automatic user provisioning to Tivoli Access
Manager. Submit job EJPSESAR.
Upon completion, examine the job output. Success is indicated with rc=0 in
the job output. Check the instructions the Customization Dialog generated
for removing external authentication.
Note: In a clustered environment WasPassword is
the Deployment Manager administrative password.
- Stop and restart the appropriate servers
