Configuring layer security
CAD drawings contain many layers. You can set layer security in the layer configuration record so that some layers are restricted to specific user groups.

In a CAD drawing, you might need to limit access to layers for a defined group. For example, facilities administrators need a way to limit access to certain information on floor plan graphics for a specific group of users.
