Small Programming Enhancements released in March 2016

The following features were provided with IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS small programming enhancements (SPEs) released for Version 9.3, in March 2016:

  • The agent for z/OS now supports JES3 event tracking exits. For details, see IBM® Workload Scheduler: Scheduling with the Agent for z/OS®.
  • The parameter EXTENDEDARC has been added to the DBOPT statement to specify the type of occurrences to be saved by the archiving process.
