DELETE DOMAIN (Delete a policy domain)
Use this command to delete a policy domain. All associated policy sets, including the ACTIVE policy set, management classes, and copy groups are deleted along with the policy domain.
You cannot delete a policy domain to which client nodes are
registered. To determine if any client nodes are registered to a policy
domain, issue the QUERY DOMAIN or the QUERY
NODE command. Move any client nodes to another policy domain,
or delete the nodes.
You can delete the predefined STANDARD policy domain. However, if you later reinstall the Tivoli® Storage Manager server, the process restores all STANDARD policy objects.
Privilege class
To issue this command, you must have system privilege.

- domain_name (Required)
- Specifies the policy domain to delete.
