Server operation continues, but the function that requires the dynamic link library will be inoperative.
Ensure that the dynamic link library directories are accessible. If this is an evaluation copy of the server, then this message is normal for the DSMREG library, since the library is only provided with purchased Windows servers. The server licensing will assume "Try and Buy" mode with sample licensed options for a period of time.
