The server was not able to create the file /usr/lib/netls/conf/nodelock which is used for storing license password information.
Server operation continues. New licensing information is not used by the server.
If the server is not running with root authority, make sure that directory authorities in the /usr/lib/netls/conf path are set so that the user ID under which the server is running can create, read, and write to the /usr/lib/netls/conf/nodelock file. If the server is running with root authority, contact your service representative for assistance in resolving this problem.
