The special file created by the device driver for LUN reset purposes could not be opened by the server. This file should be created when the device driver is configured on the system
LUN reset could not be started.
Make sure that the special file exists and can be accessed by the server. If the device driver has not been completely configured with special files created for all devices, resolve the device driver configuration.
