The library audit process was unable to audit storage slot with the specified element address. This is probably due to no drive device being available into which to load the cartridge. It can also be due to library or drive I/O errors occurring during the audit process.
The AUDIT LIBRARY command fails.
Verify that for every type of cartridge in the library at least one drive is defined that can read the media, and that the drive is online and working properly. Check the activity log for I/O errors related to hardware failure and repair.
