Ensure the following:
- Check the integrity of the data on the volume by issuing an AUDIT
VOLUME command. If this error occurs on a volume that is stored inside
a VTL or SCSI library, the library itself may need to be audited by
using the AUDIT LIBRARY command.
- The DEVICE parameter associated with the drive is identified correctly
in the DEFINE PATH command, and the drive is currently powered on
and ready.
After checking and correcting these potential problems, retry
the operation.
