Ensure that SPX has been configured to run on this system through the requester configuration program. Ensure that there is no other instance of the server running on the same system that is using the same socket number. This is likely to be the case if the return code is zero. Also ensure that the number of SPX sessions (as specified in your NET.CFG file) has not been exceeded through other applications using the IPX/SPX protocol.
