The server IDL definitions have not been installed. These
definitions will need to be installed for the Web Administrator interface
to work.
Explanation
The server attempted to query the server IDL interface
and found no definitions defined. Because of this error the HTTP engine
returns a 404 not found message.

If you would like to use the server web administrator
interface you must complete the following steps:
- Halt the server.
- Issue the command DSMSERV RUNFILE dsmserv.idl. For IBM® AS/400®,
enter the STRSVRADSM SVRMODE(*PRPWEB) command
- Restart the server.
