The server log utilization is dangerously high. In order to prevent the server log from becoming exhausted, the server has cancelled the oldest transaction in the log. Once the server activity associated with this transaction is able to perform cleanup processing, log space will be freed.

Monitor server activity and log usage. If possible, delay adding new work to the server load.
