The DSMSERV command fails.
Examine the file name that was specified in the DSMSERV command. Correct the specification, if necessary, so that it specifies the name of a file that exists and is accessible by the server program. Reissue the DSMSERV command if this can be corrected. Contact your service representative if this error cannot be resolved.
