Device device name is not supported by the IBM® Tivoli® Storage Manager device driver. The hardware ID was not found in the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager device driver INF file, i.e. tsmlb.inf and tsmmt.inf.
The server fails the command.
Access the Tivoli Storage Manager Support web site and navigate to the device support information for the server's operating system. Verify if the device is supported. If the device is supported by the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager device driver, contact your service representative.
