This message can be returned from the VALIDATE POLICYSET or ACTIVATE POLICYSET command. During policy set validation processing, the server has found that archive retention protection is active and the the copy group has a retain minimum days value that is less than the value in the ACTIVE policy set. The policy will not be validated or activated.
