Explanation

At server startup, the status of the indicated volume is DESTROYED. This status can result because the access mode was set to DESTROYED by a storage administrator. This status can also result because the server determined that the database records associated with this volume are damaged and set the status of the volume to DESTROYED. If this is the case, the server also issues an ANR1316E message.
