During reclamation processing of an offsite volume, files on a storage pool volume cannot be copied because of the volume’s access mode.
The server continues reclamation, but one or more files were not moved from an offsite volume, which prevents it from being reclaimed.
If the specified volume can be made available, use the UPDATE VOLUME command to change the access mode for the volume and initiate reclamation again by updating the reclamation threshold for the copy storage pool.
