During migration for the indicated storage pool, the server cannot move the data from the storage pool, because there is not enough space on the next storage pool to hold it.
The indicated migration process ends. The server waits for the retry period to expire and then tries the migration again.
Make more space available in the next storage pool, or use the UPDATE STGPOOL command to change the next storage pool to one with more space.
