User response

Check the status of the original restore. The QUERY RESTORE command can be used to show the status of restartable restores. The restartable restore session number is the one for which sessions were found to be running. Sessions may be active on either the server or a storage agent. Restartable restores may be cancelled by issuing the CANCEL RESTORE command, after which the restore may be retried. Once CANCEL RESTORE is issued for a restore session, it is not eligible to be restarted.
