User response
Before reissuing the command, try the following
actions:
- Reboot the system.
- Check that the directories for dbdir, log, or devices exists and
that the file system is mounted (if it is on a separate file system).
- Make sure that the hardware and network connection are working
properly.
- Fix any errors in the system log or db2diag.log.
