The server had refused to start a session with the specified client node because the node is not allowed to initiate session. Only server initiated sessions are allowed with this client. The SESSIONINIT parameter of the REGISTER NODE and UPDATE NODE commands control the ability of a client to initiate sessions.
Server operation continues.
An administrator can use the UPDATE NODE command with the SESSIONINIT parameter to specify that the client may initiate sessions. Alternatively, sessions can be scheduled with the client that are stared by the server through server-prompted scheduling commands ( DEFINE SCHEDULE, DEFINE ASSOCIATION ).
