The IBM® Express® server has been started with a database that has been upgraded from Express to base TSM. Once the database is upgraded from Express, it cannot be used by an Express server.
The Server is terminated.
Either restore the database from a version taken prior to the upgrade, or use a base TSM Server with the current database.
