The management class named on the DIRMC option does not exist in your assigned policy set on the server. The error log contains an entry showing the invalid management class name.

Remove the current DIRMC option from the client options file, then run DSMC QUERY MGMTCLASS -DETAIL to view information about available management classes. Make sure the management class you select has a backup copy group. If you have more than one TSM server, make sure you are connecting to the correct server. If you are unable to find a suitable management class, contact your TSM administrator for further assistance.
