User journaling XPI function
The XPI provides one user journaling function, which is the DFHJCJCX call WRITE_JOURNAL_DATA.
Restriction: DFHJCJCX calls cannot be used in
any exit program invoked from any global user exit point in the:
- Statistics domain
- Monitor domain
- Dump domain
- Dispatcher domain
- Transient data program.
