XRF

The XRF system initialization parameter specifies whether XRF support is to be included in the CICS region.

XRF={NO|YES} (active and alternate): If the CICS region is started with the START=STANDBY system initialization parameter specified, the CICS region is the alternate CICS region. If the CICS region is started with the START=AUTO, START=INITIAL or START=COLD system initialization parameter specified, the CICS region is the active CICS region. The active CICS region signs on as such to the CICS availability manager.; If you specify XRF=YES, do not specify a value for the GRNAME system initialization parameter. Any value specified is set to blanks.
