LSHIFT(I, SHIFT) (IBM extension)

Purpose

Performs a logical shift to the left. It is identical to SHIFTL(I, SHIFT) (Fortran 2008).

Note: You are encouraged to use the standard intrinsic procedure rather than the equivalent IBM extension.
