BPMMigrate command-line utility

The BPMMigrate command invokes the IBM Business Process Manager profile migration wizard, which supports the migration of IBM Business Process Manager profiles.

Synopsis

BPMMigrate [options]

Description

The BPMMigrate command invokes the profile migration wizard that supports the migration of IBM Business Process Manager profiles. The wizard collects the source profile and target profile information and then snapshots the source, creates the target profile, and migrates the source profile information to the target.

The BPMMigrate command is located in the target_install_root/bin/bpm_migration directory and should be invoked from that directory.

Options

-trace [fine|finer|finest|all]
Use the -trace option to generate detailed trace information. The granularity of the trace generated must be specified as fine, finer, finest, or all. By default, the trace information is written to the target_install_root/migrate/logs/BPMMigrate.timestamp.log file.
-traceFile file_name
Specify the file where the trace information is written.

The -trace option and the -traceFile option must be used together.
