Creating SQL Server databases

If you need new SQL Server databases, create the databases before creating your target stand-alone environment.

Procedure

Create required databases.
  • If you are migrating from IBM® BPM Express V7.5.x, create a database for Business Space.
  • Create a new messaging engine database for the new environment (recommended). Alternatively, you can reuse the previous messaging engine database and schema.

For each database, make any required changes and run the following script:

install_root/BPM/dbscripts/SQLServer/Create/createDatabase_CaseSensitive.sql
