Changing database passwords
You can change the database password, as needed, once your database configuration is completed.
About this task
To change the database password, perform the following tasks:
- Stop the clusters or servers
- Update the authentication alias for all data sources
- Update the Messaging Engine data store authentication alias
- Start the clusters or servers
Important: Before you make any configuration changes,
it is suggested that you back up the config folder. The config folder
is located beneath the Deployment Manager at <Dmgr-profile>/config.
