Installing snapshots to a connected process server

You can install snapshots to a connected process server by using the Process Center console or by using wsadmin commands.

About this task

If you use the Process Center console to install a snapshot to a connected process server, Process Center takes care of creating the installation package for the snapshot, creating a migration policy if needed, and then installing the snapshot. However, you can also use wsadmin commands in one or more scripts to automate these steps.
