Creating the RACF key rings

The commands shown here create a key ring for RACF®-defined user IDs user1, user2, and the IBM® MQ Advanced Message Security address space task user WMQAMSD. The key ring name is fixed by IBM MQ Advanced Message Security and must be coded as shown, without quotes. The name is case-sensitive.
