Deprecation: Managed File Transfer Web Gateway deprecation

The IBM® MQ Managed File Transfer Web Gateway is deprecated for IBM MQ 8.0.

In future releases of IBM MQ and IBM MQ Managed File Transfer, IBM does not expect that any additional enhancements will be applied to the IBM MQ Managed File Transfer Web Gateway function.
