Cannot log in to IBM Content Navigator

You cannot log in to IBM® Content Navigator. The Update and Run the Database Script for Your Environment task runs, but the database is not updated.

Symptoms

You cannot log in to IBM Content Navigator, or a null pointer exception is displayed on the IBM Content Navigator log in page.

Resolving the problem

Ensure that you have sufficient privileges to the database. Run the Update and Run the Database Script for Your Environment task again. Rebuild and redeploy the IBM Content Navigator web application.
