Removing IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office silently

You can silently remove IBM® Content Navigator for Microsoft Office by using a Windows command line tool.

Procedure

To silently remove IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office:

  1. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges.
    Tip: You can open a command prompt with administrator privileges by right-clicking on the command-prompt icon and selecting Run as administrator.
  2. Enter the following command to remove IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office and to create a log file called ICNforMSOffice_Uninstall.txt: msiexec.exe /X {A3A27FE7-626C-4B49-B620-10C4324554B3} /qn /L*v %temp%\ICNforMSOffice_Uninstall.txt
