- You are trying to add a document that was renamed.
- You are trying to add a document that is corrupted.
- You are trying to add a document that is open in another application.
- You are trying to add a folder to the repository.
- You do not have the appropriate permissions on the operating system
to access the document.

Take
the appropriate action to resolve the problem:
- If the document was moved or renamed, find the document on your
file system and try to add it again.
- If the document is open in another application, close it and try
to add it again.
You cannot add folders to the repository.
